Yamaha Oil Injection Pump Re-Seal Kit, HVC200103

I wasn't looking forward to this job after hearing some horror stories about tiny parts flying everywhere, but the rebuild went perfectly. Excellent instructions on the HVC website.

Resealing an old pump that's been left dry or otherwise isn't worn out is very cost effective compared to the $$$ spent on a new pump. There are no instructions, and the seals aren't identical to the OEM, but if you're rebuilding a pump you won't find any instructions anywhere. It really wasn't hard to figure out, and the parts in the kit are quality bits!

while putting new seals i lost tiny spring behind pins inside the gear but i managed to find it , i wish that spring are also available with new pins . pins part number is (hvc200203-3)

Everything you need to rebuild these old Yamaha oil injection pumps. Nice to have a complete kit available, as a couple of the seals were not shown as available on the Yamaha parts schematic for my LTMX.

Looks like a good kit. Decided to send my pump in for a rebuild since it is 47 years old and I don't want it to fail. Also putting a spark plug thermocouple temp gage on bike to make sure I am getting oil. Keeping this kit for the future

Just reassembled the pump today. All parts fit perfectly. Nice to be able to get all seals and gaskets in one kit.
