Overhauled Yamaha RD400 engine. 1976-1978
- Complete Overhaul
- Rebuilt Crankshaft
- Bored to 64.75mm TKRJ Pistons.
- New Transmission Bearings and Seals
- New EBC clutch Friction Plates. Clutch basket reconditioned with new dampers, new springs and bolts.
- Oil Injection pump overhauled
- Painted and Polished Cylinders and Heads.
- Side covers powder coated Satin Black, (note the left cover had a broken area around a mounting bolt, we blended this area, visible in the pictures).
- New Points and Condensers
- All hardware replaced with new or Re-coated
- NEW VM 28mm Carbs, Jetted for a stock setup.
- Engine has been ran and tested on our test stand. charging system tested good, Oil pump tested good. See video
