Yamaha RD250, RD350 Odometer Trip Reset Knob.
- Billet Aluminum Trip Reset Knob, Anodized black to match the original
- Includes a set screw and also the center attachment screw. This way if your original screw broke off inside the shaft on the Speedometer you can sill use it with just the set screw. we do recommend using the center screw so the knob is more secure.
- Applications as we know of so far
- Yamaha RD250 1973-1975
- Yamaha RD350 1973-1975.
- They may work on other Yamaha gauges around the same year. They will not work on the RD400's
NOTE: To remove the old knob or broken knob there is a center screw in the knob that needs to be removed. Sometimes this screw is covered with years of grime dead bugs or rust. Yes the screw is there! If you cannot remove the screw you can cut the old knob off, it is plastic. Cut about 3/8 inch above the bottom of the knob. this way you will be able to see that screw and not damage the speedometer.

This is just what I needed. Just be careful when you empty the bag because the tiny set screw fell on my garage floor and I never found it. It is a 4-40 screw
I like to reset the trip meter on my bikes after I refuel, as it helps me keep track of how far I can go. This fit fine on a TX650A, should work on others of that era. Was able to get the old screw out thankfully. Used the setscrew also, which requires a really small allen wrench.
