An excellent quality product, and exact match to the original. The only thing I can suggest is including a simple instruction sheet that explains how to install the sensitive diaphragms onto the center plastic plate. I've done this process before but if someone was doing this for the first time, it may not be obvious to them that they need to carefully squeeze one of the diaphragms down and insert it through the hole in the middle of the plastic spacer. The same technique must be used to remove the old diaphragm assembly from the plate before installing the new item.
