R5 Baffles
The baffles arrived promptly. They fit perfectly and sound great.

Exhaust Baffles
Well made, increases airflow, better sound (not really any louder, just more "throaty"). Should be easier to clean too!

Yamaha R5 Muffler Baffles
Great replacement part. I thought i was doomed to buy a hammered part on an auction site, The baffles were almost identical, fit perfectly and sounded good. I wrapped the small piece in fiberglass and it now sounds like the new bike it was in 1971.

RD baffles
Another lifesaver from HVC Cycles. Better throttle response and a nice snappy note from the pipes was noticeable upon installation. No more crappy old baffles choking the exhaust. Easier to keep clean also.

Hamburg love it!
Equal first said, is low but not in Germany builds the currently none. 242USD including freight, import and customs Germany € again 65th Total 315USD. The product is super processed and made a very rich and beautiful sound. The passage is noticeably better in the lower speed range. Especially with larger carburetors membranes and runs very well. If you want perfection and clean running characteristics with the original exhaust, will be satisfied. Hamburg has been so enriched by a beautiful two-stroke sound.

Good sound
I installed it in a RD350YPVS but not the US version. I had to cut it 4 or 5 inches. What I liked most is the sound, is exactly to the original sound of the motorcycle and I did not have to use the fiberglass fiber. My motorcycle is very very original.

Gives my RD400 a great sounding rumble
My RD has only gone ~20Kms, so far with these new baffles, they sound rather different, than what i was previously using. Please understand several other enhancements were made to my RD @ the same time these new baffles were installed. The new larger Moose Racing boost bottle was installed, the timing on my Powerdynamo ignition was retarded to ~ 1.8 mms BTDC. My engine was rebuilt into alternative second hand cases, my crankshaft was rebalanced with mag ignition drum installed. I am now using Silkolene medium gearbox oil (1.5L) instead of Motul gearbox oil. The engine has been rebuilt with new gaskets & oil seals, the cylinders have been honed out, my pistons have beed beed blasted, to remove the accumulated carbon deposits, then the piston ring grooves, were cleaned out by running a cleaning string through them etc! A brand new clutch side case was installed.
